Josh Giddey's Mind-Blowing Pass Is Going Viral In Thunder-Timberwolves Game
On Saturday evening, the Oklahoma City Thunder are facing off against the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
During the game, Josh Giddey had a sensational highlight that got a lot of attention on social media.
Giddey threw a behind-the-back pass, which led to a basket for the Thunder in transition.
Giddey came into the evening with averages of 12.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists per contest while shooting 45.7% from the field and 35.7% from the three-point range in 40 games.
The Thunder are off to a fantastic start to the season and have a 28-13 record in their first 41 games, which has them as the second seed in the Western Conference.
They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Utah Jazz by a score of 134-129.
In 30 minutes of playing time, Giddey had 20 points, ten rebounds, six assists and one steal while shooting 8/16 from the field and 1/5 from the three-point range.
Following the Timberwolves, the Thunder will host the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday evening in Oklahoma City.
On the road, they are 12-8 in 20 games, while they are 16-5 in 21 games at home.
As for the Timberwolves, they are the first seed in the Western Conference with a 30-11 record in their first 41 games.
They are in the middle of a four-game winning streak and are 6-4 over their last ten games.
Following the Thunder, the Timberwolves will remain at home to host LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets on Monday evening.
