On Thursday evening, the Golden State Warriors are hosting the Sacramento Kings at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Klay Thompson is playing in his 757th career game, which ties Hall of Famer Nate Thurmond for fourth on the Warriors' all-time regular season games played list

Following Thurmond, the next player for Thompson to pass will be his teammate Draymond Green (776).

Thompson came into the evening with averages of 17.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists per contest while shooting 42.5% from the field and 38.9% from the three-point range in 40 games.

He got off to a slow start to the season but has been playing much better as of late and has scored 21+ points in three of his previous four games.

The Warriors are currently the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 19-22 record in their first 41 games.

They are coming off an impressive 134-112 victory over the Atlanta Hawks (on Wednesday at home), which snapped a two-game losing streak.

Thompson had 24 points, two rebounds, three assists and one block while shooting 8/18 from the field and 5/10 from the three-point range in 30 minutes of playing time.

Following Thursday's showdown with the Kings, the Warriors will remain in San Francisco to host Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday.

Thompson was the 11th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft and has spent his entire career with Golden State.

The future Hall of Famer has helped lead the franchise to four NBA Championships.
