LeBron James' Viral Post On X During Spurs-76ers Game
On Monday evening, Joel Embiid led the Philadelphia 76ers to a 133-123 victory over the San Antonio Spurs (at home).
The 2023 MVP had a career night and finished with an outstanding 70 points, 18 rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block while shooting 24/41 from the field and 1/2 from the three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time.
His stat line made history, and he is only the ninth NBA player ever to score 70+ points.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James reacted to the big performance by sending out a post on X that had over 46,000 likes in less than one hour.
James wrote: "70 PIECE NUGGET!!!! @JoelEmbiid 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🫡. CRAZY"
Embiid is now averaging an incredible 36.1 points, 11.6 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.9 blocks per contest while shooting 53.9% from the field and 36.3% from the three-point range in 32 games.
With the victory, the 76ers improved to 29-13 in their first 32 games, which has them as the second seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are in the middle of a six-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games.
Following the Spurs, the 76ers will now visit the Indiana Pacers on Thursday evening in Indianapolis.
Embiid was the third pick in the 2014 NBA Draft out of Kansas and is in his eighth season playing in the league (all with the 76ers).
