LeBron James Posts Instagram Story That Goes Viral

LeBron James made a post to his Instagram story that went viral.

Last week, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers had their season come to an end when they lost Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals to the Denver Nuggets by a score of 113-111.

The Lakers did an excellent job finishing as one of the final four teams in the NBA Playoffs, but the Nuggets proved to be a significant challenge, and they were unable to win one game in the series.

Following the loss, James made headlines when he alluded to the possibility of retirement.

James after Game 4: "I don't like to say it was a successful year because I don't play for anything besides winning championships at this point in my career. I don't get a kick out of making a Conference appearance. I've done it a lot. It's not fun to me to not be able to be a part of getting to the Finals. But will see. Will see what happens going forward. But I don't know. I don't know. I got a lot to think about, to be honest. I got a lot to think about, to be honest. Just for me personally, going forward with the game of basketball got a lot to think about."

Recently, ESPN's Dave McMenamin reported that James will likely return for the 2023-24 season.

James has not publicly stated his definitive decision for next season, but he is coming off a year where he averaged 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 6.8 assists per contest while shooting 50.0% from the field.

In addition, the 19-time All-Star put up 40 points, ten rebounds, nine assists and two steals while playing 48 minutes in Game 4.

Clearly, the 38-year-old is still among the best players in the league.

Following the Lakers' elimination from the Playoffs, James has been active on Instagram posting many stories.

On Saturday, one of his posts caught the attention of fans on Twitter (and has gone viral).

The tweet from Twitter user @upblissed (with a photo of James' Instagram story) had over 97,000 likes and nearly six million impressions in less than 16 hours.
