Patrick Beverley's Viral Post On X After Bucks-76ers Trade

Patrick Beverley made a post to X after getting traded.

On Thursday, the Milwaukee Bucks acquired Patrick Beverley in a trade with the Philadelphia 76ers.  

Beverley had been in his first season with the 76ers and is averaging 6.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists per contest while shooting 43.2% from the field and 32.1% from the three-point range in 47 games.   

After the trade, Beverley sent out a post on X that had over 26,000 likes and 825,000 impressions in less than nine hours.  

Beverley wrote: "I wanna Thanks the 76ers Fans and my teammates for allowing me to do my thing. Always love Nurse and EB.

Morey is understand the business. You took a chance on me over a decade ago when no one did. Always love. 

76ers Luv ❤️❤️❤️"

Beverley is in his 12th season in the NBA and has spent time with the Miami Heat, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls (in addition to the 76ers).

His career averages are 8.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 43.2% from the field and 32.1% from the three-point range in 640 regular season games. 

He has also appeared in 65 NBA playoff games. 

Beverley will join a Bucks team that is among the best in the league. 

They are 33-19 in 52 games, which has them as the third seed in the Eastern Conference. 

That said, the Bucks have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a three-game losing streak.
