Russell Wilson Reacts To Nuggets Victory Over Lakers

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson sent out a tweet after the Denver Nuggets beat the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 2.

On Thursday evening, the Denver Nuggets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers by a score of 108-103 in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals.

They have now won both Games 1 and 2 on their home floor in Denver, so they have a 2-0 lead in the series.

Jamal Murray has been sensational during the 2023 NBA Playoffs and finished Game 2 with 37 points, ten rebounds, five assists and four steals in 43 minutes of playing time.

During the fourth quarter, the former Kentucky star exploded for 23 points and the Nuggets won the final period by a score of 32-24.

After the game, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson sent out a tweet about Murray.

His post had nearly 4,000 likes and over 200,000 impressions in less than 24 hours.

Wilson tweeted: "Murray went CRAZY!!! @Nuggets"

Games 3 and 4 of the series will be in Los Angeles on Saturday and Monday.

The Nuggets are the first seed in the Western Conference and have defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves and Phoenix Suns through the first two rounds.

After missing the entire 2021-22 season due to injury, Murray has returned and has been one of the best guards in the league this year.

As for Wilson, the Super Bowl Champion is going into his second season with the Broncos after spending the first ten seasons of his career with the Seattle Seahawks.

He has been seen at several games during the Playoffs, supporting the Nuggets.

Last year, the Broncos had a disappointing season, going just 5-12 and missing the NFL Playoffs.
