Snoop Dogg Called Out Jordan Poole Before Lakers-Warriors Series

Snoop Dogg appeared on ESPN's First Take with Stephen A. Smith and discussed the Lakers-Warriors series.

On Tuesday evening, the Golden State Warriors are hosting the Los Angeles Lakers at the Chase Center in San Francisco for Game 1 of their second-round playoff series.

The series is highly anticipated because of the teams and notable players involved.

Before the game, Snoop Dogg was on ESPN's First Take with Stephen A. Smith and spoke about the Warriors and Lakers.

At the end of the segment, the famous rapper (who is a Lakers fan) had a hilarious message for Warriors guard Jordan Poole.

Snoop Dogg: "Jordan Poole, keep shooting. I like the way you been missing, brother."

The former Michigan star is one of the most important players on the team and averaged 20.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists per contest while shooting 43.0% from the field and 33.6% from the three-point range during the regular season.

In addition, he has played in every single game this season, so he has proven to be one of the most durable players in the league.

That said, the 23-year-old has struggled to start the 2023 NBA Playoffs.

In the first round against the Sacramento Kings, he averaged 12.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.3 steals per contest.

He shot just 33.8% from the field and 25.7% from the three-point range.

Clearly, his offensive numbers are significantly down, and will need to be better for the Warriors to beat the Lakers.

Last year, Poole helped the Warriors win the NBA Championship, which was their fourth title in the previous eight seasons.
