Steph Curry's Ridiculous Shot Shockingly Overturned In Warriors-76ers Game

Steph Curry had an incredible highlight during Wednesday's game (that was overturned).

UPDATE: The Warriors won by a score of 127-104, and Steph Curry had nine points, three rebounds, one assist and one block.

On Wednesday evening, the Golden State Warriors are playing the Philadelphia 76ers in Pennsylvania.

During the first half, two-time MVP Steph Curry had an incredible highlight that went viral on social media.

Curry showed off his handles before making a three-pointer and falling to the ground (plus the foul).

However, the play was negated, as Curry was called for a foul (upon review), so the basket did not count (h/t Warriors on NBCS).

Curry could be seen getting an explanation from the referee, and the announcers on the television broadcast were baffled that he was called for a foul.

Curry entered the evening with averages of 28.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists per contest while shooting 46.0% from the field and 41.0% from the three-point range in 44 games.

The superstar guard has been sensational, but the Warriors are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 22-25 record in 47 games.

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 109-98.

In 34 minutes of playing time, Curry led the team with 29 points, five rebounds and three assists while shooting 12/24 from the field.

Following the 76ers, the Warriors will visit Pascal Siakam and the Indiana Pacers on Thursday evening, which will complete their road trip.

On the road, they have gone 9-12 in the 21 games they have played away from the Chase Center in San Francisco.

As for the 76ers, they are the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 30-19 record in 49 games.
