On Saturday evening, the Golden State Warriors hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Chase Center.

At one point, the Warriors had an 18-point lead, but they lost the game by a score of 130-123 in overtime.

After the game, head coach Steve Kerr met with the media and gave an honest assessment of what happened.

Kerr: "I thought the game went wrong, kind of mid-third. We turned it over four straight times. We completely lost our focus, and the game went from like 15 to 6, and we gave them life. A young, talented team like that, you let them off the hook, they're gonna make you pay and that's what happened."

The Warriors are now 6-8 in their first 14 games and in the middle of a six-game losing streak.

Surprisingly, they have struggled on their home floor and are just 1-6 in the seven games they have hosted at the Chase Center.

Andrew Wiggins led the team with 31 points, and Steph Curry returned to the lineup (after a two-game absence) and put up 25 points, seven rebounds and three assists.

They will now play their next game on Monday evening when they host the Houston Rockets.

As for the Thunder, they improved to 9-4 in their first 13 games and are now in the middle of a four-game winning streak.

Rookie Chet Holmgren had a huge night, putting up 36 points, ten rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block while shooting 14/22 from the field in 37 minutes of playing time.
