On Wednesday evening, the San Antonio Spurs are hosting the Los Angeles Clippers in Texas.

The two teams also faced off on Monday, and the Clippers won the game by a score of 124-99.

During Wednesday's showdown, rookie Victor Wembanyama had a big dunk that is going viral on social media.

The 19-year-old caught a lob and threw down the dunk with only one hand.

Wembanyama came into the evening with averages of 18.6 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.6 blocks per contest while shooting 42.4% from the field and 26.9% from the three-point range.

That said, the Spurs are 3-11 in their first 14 games, which has them as the 14th seed in the Western Conference.

They are in the middle of a nine-game losing streak and 1-7 in the eight games they have hosted on their home floor in San Antonio.

During Monday's loss, Wembanyama played 27 minutes and had nine points, three rebounds, four assists and two blocks while shooting 4/12 from the field.

The Spurs are coming off a season where they went 22-60 and finished as the 15th seed in the Western Conference.

They missed the NBA playoffs for the fourth straight season, but there is a lot of excitement around the franchise because they selected Wembanyama with the first pick in the 2023 NBA Draft this past summer.

Following the Clippers, the Spurs will play their next game against the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Friday.
