Duvin Design, the Internet’s go-to beach brand, announced today the release of a limited-edition capsule collection in collaboration with the Miami Dolphins, two-time Super Bowl Champions and South Florida’s oldest major-league professional sports franchise.

The collection marks Duvin’s first collaboration with an NFL team, presenting Dolphins fans and fashion enthusiasts alike with a retro-inspired offering of ready-to-wear garments and accessories that merge Duvin’s design sensibility with Dolphins nostalgia.

The Duvin x Dolphins capsule references a classic Dolphins color palette dating back to the 1960s, when the franchise was founded, infused with signature Dolphins and South Florida motifs such as championship rings, catamaran sails, palm trees, and more.

The collection consists of eight styles in total that include three t-shirts, a vintage rugby polo, a swim trunk, a short-sleeved cabana shirt, a 5-panel hat, and a workwear jacket.

The tees make a bold statement, prominently displaying an artistic interpretation of two championship rings, while the swim trunks rely on the iconic aqua and orange motif rendered with retro-inspired vertical stripes and accentuated by a contrast Miami Dolphin logo. The short-sleeve cabana shirt – a classic Duvin style – reiterates the franchise’s heritage with a repeat print of the championship rings.

The workwear jacket is a first for Duvin, highlighted by a zip-up closure, washed canvas materiality and embroidered with a reconceptualized Dolphins x Duvin logo. The aqua and orange logo, also featured on the hat, adds an inimitable Miami flair to the full ensemble. Additionally, the collection sees the introduction of the vintage rugby polo, rendered in iconic Miami aqua with a white panel and the collaboration logo.

"We’re excited to collaborate with Duvin to bring a fresh take on Dolphins lifestyle apparel for our fans to enjoy," said Miami Dolphins Vice President of Brand Marketing Mike Shaw. "It’s a pleasure to work with local creatives as we look to provide our fans with an array of eclectic multiuse threads to fit a variety of lifestyles."

"Having grown up in Florida, it’s been an incredible experience to be to put our signature Duvin spin on the graphics of such an iconic franchise," says Austin Duvall, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Duvin. "From my super early days watching Ace Ventura, to becoming a fan of the franchise as I’ve gotten older, it’s all come full circle and it’s been an honor to collaborate with the Miami Dolphins team on this release."

The Duvin Design x Miami Dolphins collaboration ranges from $40-$100 and will be available for purchase starting Dec. 16 on the Duvin website, NFLShop.com, and at the Miami Dolphins Team Store at Hard Rock Stadium on December 17 for their Week 15 matchup against the New York Jets. The hat and workwear jacket is available exclusively at the Miami Dolphins Team Store and on DuvinDesign.com.
