Millikan WR Ezavier Staples verbally commits to UCLA football

Ezavier Staples, a 3-star wide receiver at Millikan in the Class of 2021, verbally committed to UCLA on Monday.
Staples picked UCLA out of at least 18 offers. Per 247Sports' composite rankings, he is the seventh-ranked WR in Southern California in the class of 2021.
In 2019, Staples led the Rams with 1,087 receiving yards, 11 receiving touchdowns, and 50 catches. After San Jacinto QB Kajiya Hollawayne committed on Friday, Staples marks the second local high-3-star prospect in the passing game to commit within a few days.
I’ve been very patient with the recruiting process and appreciate all the colleges that showed interest in me. I wanna thank God, my family, my coaching staff, my mentors, and my teammates for helping me make my decision. I have decided to commit to UCLA💙💛 #4sup pic.twitter.com/0AGx2w7Bay
