The Hornets face rival Milton on Saturday to decide who earns the title of region champion and a No. 1 seed for the 7A state playoffs.

After Roswell took out Woodstock in the first round of the region tournament, the Hornets (19-8) set their sights in the semifinals on Etowah (16-10), a team they split two matchups with during the regular season.

The third time around, Roswell set the tone early and never relented against the Eagles, who entered the night on a seven-game win streak.
