Grand Island this past week got payback for a regular-season 10-7 loss at the hands of Kearney. On Friday, the No. 13 Islanders took care of No. 4 Kearney, beating their favored opponent 29-19. With the exception of this matchup, there wasn’t much parity in Nebraska’s top class, with five other rematches going the same way as they did in the regular season.
