Long winning streaks are all over this top 25, but one of the longest streaks in the state ended last week when Shiloh lost to Habersham Central, and now the Generals are on a three-game losing streak.

This is the final week of the regular season as teams try to build momentum toward the playoffs.

SBLIVE'S GEORGIA TOP 25

1. Pebblebrook (20-2) 

Last week: 1

Pebblebrook took down McEachern 76-75 in one of the best games of the season. The Falcons then had a dominant showing against Campbell to push their region record to 7-0 and increase their win streak to 13 games. 

2. Wheeler (19-4)

Last week: 2

Wheeler’s win streak was extended to eight games after surviving Osborne’s second-half/overtime surge. The Wildcats' region record now sits at 14-0. 

3. Berkmar (17-5) 

Last week: 3

Berkmar defeated two region opponents in Dunwoody and Duluth to extend its region record to 10-0 and win streak to eight games. 

4. Newton (19-4)

Last week: 4

 Newton went 2-0 last week, taking down two region opponents in Parkview and Grayson to improve its undefeated region record to 6-0. 

5. North Gwinnett (21-3)

Last week: 5

North Gwinnett had a great week. The Bulldogs held Collins Hill to 41 points while scoring 82 themselves, and to end the week they handed Shiloh its third loss of the season. 

6. Eagle's Landing (21-3)

Last week: 6

Eagle's Landing concluded its season with a win over Stockbridge, pushing its region record to 14-0 and continuing a streak of 38 straight region wins. 

7. Pace Academy (21-4)

Last week: 7

Pace Academy ended its season with a win over Lovett and is set to take a winning streak of 14 games into the postseason. 

8. Norcross (19-5)

Last week: 9

Norcross’ 30-point victory over WD Mohammed adds to its five-game win streak. 

9. McDonough (22-1)

Last week: 10

McDonough boasts one of the most impressive win streaks of the season, with 17 straight. 

10. Westlake (18-4)

Last week: 11

Westlake’s 20-point victory over Lovejoy ended the Lions' regular season, sending them to the playoffs riding a 12-game win streak. 

11. Greenforest (20-4)

Last week: 12

Greenforest defeated E.L.C.A. by 40 points and ended its season with a 14-0 region record. 

12. St. Pius X Catholic (20-3)

Last week: 13

St. Pius reached 20 wins for the 10th season in a row after beating Northview and Clarkston. 

13. Sandy Creek (20-3) 

Last week: 14

Sandy Creek captured its seventh 20-win season and has won 13 of its last 14 games. 

14. Milton (17-7)

Last week: 15

Milton’s 30-point win over Roswell increased its region record to 10-0. 

15. Columbia (21-3)

Last week: 16

Columbia had its eighth 30-plus-point win of the year and increased its win streak to 12 games. 

16. River Ridge (21-3)

Last week: 17

River Ridge, while playing in a very talented region, is on a 14-game win streak and is 13-0 in the region but faces a big challenge Tuesday at Centennial. 

17. McEachern (13-8)

Last week: 18

McEachern suffered its eighth loss, which is the most in eight seasons for the Indians, but it was just a one-point loss to the No. 1-ranked team in the state. 

18. Alexander (20-2)

Last week: 19

Alexander defeated a tough Cumberland Christian team and then region opponent Douglas County by 46 points.

19. Shiloh (19-3)

Last week: 8

Shiloh’s historic 19-game win streak was ended by Habersham Central. The Generals then proceeded to lose to Lanier, then North Gwinnett. The tides have shifted, and now Shiloh is on a three-game losing streak. 

20. Grovetown (21-3)

Last week: 22

Grovetown completed a season sweep of Evans, pushing its region record to 9-0 and guaranteeing the Warriors to be region winners. 

21. Hillgrove (19-2)

Last week: 23

Hillgrove went 2-0 last week and increased its region record to 8-0. 

22. Centennial (19-3)

Last week: 24

Centennial added two more region victories last week to improve its record to 11-2. 

23. Grayson (14-8)

Last week: 21

Grayson has lost twice to Newton in the past three games, with both decided by only two points. 

24. Osborne (18-4)

Last week: 20

Osborne has lost three in a row, but by a total of nine points to Wheeler, Alexander and Allatoona. 

25. Social Circle (23-0)

Last week: unranked

Social Circle makes its debut on the top 25 after an impressive season and is one of the only teams to remain undefeated throughout the season. 

Just missed: Buford (18-5), Kell (14-8) and South Gwinnett (15-3)
