Congratulations to Baker’s Jaxon Logsdon for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Oregon Boys Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week of March 4-10. 

Logsdon, a junior guard on the Baker team, helped the Bulldogs earn the Class 4A state championship, scoring a game-high 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting in a 75-58 win over Junction City in the title game at Forest Grove High School.

Logsdon received 65.12% of the vote, beating out Kaiden Ford, a junior on the Cascade team, who finished second with 32.32%. Paul Hobson, a senior on the Baker team, was third with 1.97% and Isaac Carr, a junior on the Central Catholic team, was fourth with 0.12%. There were more than 4,000 votes tallied this week.
