CORPUS CHRISTI - Calallen beat Robstown 14-5 in the Texas 4A baseball regional quarterfinals on Saturday at Cabaniss Field. 

The win gave Calallen a 2-1 series victory and a spot in the regional semifinals next week.

Brayden Sprencel picked up the win for the Wildcats, who exploded for six runs in the third inning and three in the fifth inning.
