Everybody should definitely be keeping an eye on the Los Angeles Angels' health situation right now as they are on one of their best performance streaks all season but also will be have to move into the next few weeks with some new faces on their roster.

Zach Neto was developing every night in the shortstop position and was starting to own it but he now is on the IL with an oblique strain after an awkward throw. Gio Urshela joined him there as well after the Angels' final game against the Texas Rangers where he made a sprint for first base and fractured his pelvis with a overextended step.

"The Angels called up Michael Stefanic and announce that Gio Urshela has a pelvis fracture. Stefanic had an .895 OPS at Triple A."

Therefore, even though things didn't go perfect for the Angels in their four-game series against the Rangers, they were able to walk away with three wins and capitalized on one of their biggest challenges of the year!

Team manager Phil Nevin made it clear to the rest of the clubhouse that he wanted to get the series over with so he could look out for his players' health.

“Let’s get out of here before somebody else gets hurt,” Nevin said. “We talked about it during the season. It’s going to take all of us.”

LA has three huge series coming up next against the Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Colorado Rockies and hopefully they are able to get healthy in time!
