Padres at Angels: Lineups, How to Watch, Predictions, and More

Will the Angels make it three straight?

The Los Angeles Angels will host the San Diego Padres on Sunday. The Halos will look to get their third win of the weekend, after previously earning wins on Friday versus the Colorado Rockies, and Saturday against the Cleveland Guardians.

The big news for the Angels is the return of Anthony Rendon to the lineup. This will be Rendon's first time back in the lineup, since injuring his groin last Sunday. Rendon has struggled with injuries in the past, so it's good that's he ready to return a week later.

In addition to Rendon, the Angels will be utilizing their top lineup with Nolan Schanuel, Mike Trout, Aaron Hicks, Logan O'Hoppe and Zach Neto all taking part in Sunday's game. Hicks leads the group with a .368 batting average through Spring Training, while Trout earned his first home run earlier this week.
