Michael Harris II Shows Love to Fellow Young Superstar Outfielder

Harris told MLB Tonight that he is a "big fan" of Seattle Mariners star Julio Rodriguez

According to Brian Kenny at MLB Network, Atlanta Braves centerfielder Michael Harris II is the No. 3 center fielder in the MLB. Coming in at No. 1 on the list was Aaron Judge and at No. 2 was Julio Rodriguez.

Julio Rodriguez and Michael Harris came into the MLB in 2022. J-Rod made his debut on April 8th, 2022, and Harris made his debut a month later on May 28, 2022. Both players took the league by storm. Both of them played in the MLB Futures Game in 2021 and Rodriguez has been an all-star in back-to-back seasons in the American League.

Harris recently made an appearance on MLB Tonight and he was shown a list of the Top 10 center fielders in the MLB. He was then asked, "Is there someone you watch on that list that you are like, I like the way they play Center field?" His answer was J-Rod.

"Yeah, I'm a big fan of Julio. We came up the same year so I got to see a lot of him. We were in the futures game together and he's exciting. He's one of my friends in the league, we call and text each other. I'm looking forward to playing him next year and seeing what he does." - Harris

The Braves will travel to Seattle to take on the Mariners for a three-game series at the end of April. After that, the only other time these two would see each other would be in the All-Star game and possibly the World Series.
