On Monday, Bally Sports officially announced the 2023 Atlanta Braves broadcast crew, and there's a mixture of old and new faces, including some changes at the top.

After the departure of longtime play-by-play announcer Chip Caray to the St. Louis Cardinals, veteran broadcaster Brandon Gaudin realizes his "dream job" as the television voice of the Braves. Remaining as the lead analyst is former Braves outfielder Jeff Francoeur, with Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Glavine returning to broadcasting after taking a hiatus for the 2022 season. Glavine is expected to do 35-40 games for the Braves this season.

For the reporting role during the telecast, Kelly Crull returns for her fourth season as the primary reporter, accompanied by analyst Nick Green and newcomer Lauren Jbara, who was a fill-in host on the Braves Live pre- and postgame show. Green will mostly appear on Braves Live, but will also work as a reporter and occasionally in the booth.

Taking dual roles as both Braves Live regular and occasional analyst will be Braves veteran reliever Peter Moylan, while Treavoer Scales will host Braves LIVE for the 2nd consecutive season.

New to the Braves LIVE team, now expanded to four analysts for 2023, is former Braves reliever Kris Medlen, joining returner Gordon Beckham.

UPDATE: Paul Byrd acknowledges, discusses reasons for (temporarily) stepping away from broadcast:
