Bally Sports Announces Whopping Eight Spring Training Broadcasts for Braves in 2024

The Atlanta Braves will get about a third of their Grapefruit League games on television

The Atlanta Braves are one of the teams to watch this spring.

Absent any significant position battles other than the 5th starter's role, Atlanta's instead drawing a lot of attention for their mindset - 'World Series or bust'. All eyes will be on the team in spring training to see if that mentality manifests itself on the field as the team preps to defend their NL East crown and get back to the World Series.

At least, the eyes that are in the ballpark.

Bally Sports has announced their spring training broadcast schedule for the Braves, with a whopping eight broadcasts across the thirty-two game Grapefruit League schedule (not counting the Spring Breakout prospect matchup with the Boston Red Sox).

Bally's first broadcast comes in game nine of the spring slate, March 2nd against the Blue Jays. Four of the eight broadcasts are road games, meaning it'll be the opposing team's announcers carried on the Braves broadcast.

Bally wraps the Spring Training schedule with five of the last seven games on television, albeit with only four of those being home games and getting the pairing of Brandon Gaudin and CJ Nitkowski.

Two of the Grapefruit League contests will additionally be carried by MLB.tv, on February 28th (at Phillies) and March 24th (at Red Sox), while one more game is an ESPN broadcast (at Red Sox on March 7th), so Atlanta fans will have the opportunity to watch only eleven of the team's thirty-two game schedule this season.

As always, all thirty-two games will be available on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network.
