Braves Briefing: Michael Harris II showed another example of why he's a great human
Atlanta Braves centerfielder Michael Harris II is a good dude.
He showed up when he heard that a young fan who was wearing his jersey had to get it cut off due to an emergency. He replaced it with an autographed jersey with the assistance of the Atlanta Braves Foundation.
Munger English Sports Management tweeted out some photos of Harris and the fan saying, "(Michael Harris) surprised a young fan with an autographed jersey after hearing about the young man’s emergency surgery that led to his original MH2 jersey being cut off. With the assistance of (The Atlanta Braves Foundation) & CHOA (Children's Healthcare of Atlanta), Michael was able to brighten the day for several rehab patients."
In 2023, Harris .295 from the plate, 37 home runs, and stole 40 bases.
