Braves Briefing: Ronald Acuña Jr is putting in work this offseason
Ronald Acuña won the NL MVP last season and he's looking for another great season in 2024.
He posted a video of some of his offseason workouts as he is preparing for next season. The unanimous NL MVP choice is the favorite to win it again over Mookie Betts and Shohei Ohtani in 2024.
Acuña is listed at +500 to win NL MVP. Betts is second at +650. Freddie Freeman is +800. Ohtani is +950. Matt Olson is listed at +1200. All of these lines are via FanDuel SportsBook.
In the video, it shows Acuña doing several different things involving his feet as well as different forms of resistance training.

34 days. Atlanta's expected to ask pitchers and catchers to report on Monday, February 12th, in advance of their first spring training game on February 24th against the Tampa Bay Rays. An official announcement of the reporting date will come in January.
