WATCH: Eddie Rosario knocks in Matt Olson for the second time tonight, pushes Braves lead to 3-0

Atlanta continues to wear down Sandy Alcantara, with Eddie Money coming up with a key two-out knock

With Bryce Elder dealing, the Braves have been able to quietly extend their lead across the first five innings tonight in Miami. An Ozzie Albies tater plated the first run, a bases-loaded double play off Eddie Rosario's bat accounted for the second, and then Rosario came through with a run-scoring single in the fifth to push the lead to 3-0.

Matt Olson scored both of the runs knocked in by Rosario (the first one doesn't count as an RBI since it was a double play), and the Marlins ace was able to again limit the damage to just one tally. But those tallies are adding up, as is Alcantara's pitch count, with the big righty already over 100 pitches through five innings. We'll see how deep into the game the more effective Bryce Elder can go tonight before turning things over to a scuffling Atlanta bullpen.

The broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports South and on MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
