WATCH: Orlando Arcia crushes a 2 run home run into the left field seats
The Braves offense is on fire tonight.
In the bottom of the fifth inning, Orlando Arcia launched a two run blast into the left field seats. This is Arcia’s seventh home run of the season and RBIs 28 and 29 for the Braves shortstop.
The Braves now lead this absolutely wild game 11-8 - both starters were knocked out early and the bal has been flying, with four combined homers already in this one.
The Braves have eleven runs on nine hits so far this evening. After only scoring one run on Sunday, this is a good sign for a Braves offense that did not look like its normal self in the White Sox series.
The Braves scored early and often tonight and do not look to be slowing down anytime soon, but Arizona's threatening in the top of the 6th inning.
