WATCH: Michael Harris II, Ozzie Albies, and Austin Riley put on a first inning fireworks show

The top of the Braves lineup step up in the absence of Ronald Acuña Jr and score three runs in the first six pitches of the game

If you didn't know better, this first inning looked like any other first inning this season for the Atlanta Braves.

Missing Ronald Acuña Jr, being held out of the lineup for precautionary reasons after tweaking his right calf on Friday night, the Braves lineup came out swinging.

Michael Harris II, leading off for the first time this season, ambushed the first pitch to left-center field for a double. Ozzie Albies followed that with a two-run homer, depositing a 2-1 fastball 391 feet into the right field seats.

Austin Riley followed that homer with a first pitch shot of his own, ambushing a middle-middle slider and sending that out to center field for a four run lead in the first six pitches for Atlanta.

As we talked about in the game preview, Marlins pitcher Bryan Hoeing has been...not good against Atlanta. Today's been true to form, at least in the first inning.

The first inning runs give Atlanta 135 runs in the first inning, already a club record. The National League record is 147, achieved by the 2000 St. Louis Cardinals.
