Gallen's 13.2 scoreless innings against the Brewers and Marlins earned Gallen his second career Player of the Week honors.

Zac Gallen had an impressive week, throwing 13.2 scoreless innings with 18 strikeouts in his two starts against the Milwaukee Brewers and Miami Marlins. His efforts earned him National League Player of the Week honors for the week of April 10th to April 16th.

Gallen began his week with seven scoreless innings with 11 strikeouts in a 3-0 win against the Brewers then outdueled 2022 NL Cy Young Award winner Sandy Alcántara, firing 6.2 scoreless innings with seven strikeouts against the Marlins.
