The Indians are getting set for a long 11-game homestand at Progressive Field starting on Thursday, and on Friday the team is going out of their way to appeal to a new crowd, as the team is promoting the worldwide sensation virtual reality game - Pokemon Go.

The team is inviting Pokemon Go players to come to the park at 5pm to 'catch rare creatures' and for players to be able to 'increase your index.'

Friday is already a busy day at Progressive Field - it's dollar dog night and also the first of two 'Rock N Blast' Fireworks displays, with the second display being Saturday night also against the Angles.
