The Padres announced a few roster moves ahead of Sunday's delayed start in Philadelphia. As expected, the club placed LHP Adrian Morejon on the 15-day injured list with right knee inflammation. In a corresponding move, RHP Matt Waldron was called up from Triple-A El Paso.

Additionally, LHP Ryan Weathers was sent back to AAA after joining the team as the 27th man for Saturday's doubleheader.

Morejon injured his knee in the nightcap of the day/night doubleheader and was expected to undergo an MRI today. He struggled in his appearance before exiting, allowing 2 runs on 3 hits while recording just one out.

Knuckleballer Matt Waldron returns to the active roster for the second time this season. He allowed 2 runs over 4.2 innings in his MLB debut a few weeks back.
