Team USA is "aggressively pursuing" Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday for the 2024 Olympics, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski

Holiday won a gold medal with Team USA in the 2020 Olympics, which took place in Tokyo, Japan.

The 33-year-old guard spent the last three NBA seasons as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks franchise and averaged 19.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game in 67 games played with the team during the 2022-23 regular season. Holiday also shot 47.9 percent from the field and 38.4 percent from behind the three-point arc.

The two-time All-Star is widely regarded as one of the NBA's best perimeter defenders, seeing as how he earned a spot on the All-Defensive First Team a season ago.
