Kawhi Leonard Opens Up About Clippers' Chemistry

Kawhi Leonard knows the Clippers can still do better.

After losing six straight games, the LA Clippers have now won 9 of their last 12 games. They've improved dramatically from where they were just a month ago, but Kawhi Leonard still isn't satisfied.

When Kawhi Leonard was asked what differences he's seen between November to December, he had a very simple answer. The biggest thing has been just knowledge and feel for each other.

"Just knowing what we’re doing coming into the game, having clarity, having experience, still need to build on a lot of things," Leonard said. "We’re not complacent, like I said we still need to get better. It’s a lot of things that we’re lacking on, hopefully, we can keep going and be better at those."

While it's fantastic that the Clippers have found themselves in a four-game winning streak and a 9-3 record in the last 12 games, it's just as important that they're not satisfied. The Clippers have shown they're capable of beating the elite teams in the Western Conference: The Sacramento Kings, Denver Nuggets, Dallas Mavericks, and Golden State Warriors. However, the Clippers can still be the best team in the Western Conference themselves, and that should be what they're aiming toward.

It doesn't get any easy for LA though, because just after beating the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday, they have a hungry Sacramento Kings team tonight.
