LA Clippers' Newest Starter Reacts to Lineup Change

Terance Mann is ready for his new role.

It's been a long time coming for Terance Mann to become a starter on the LA Clippers, and he's ready for the role.

In an interview with Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson, Mann revealed his reaction to becoming a starting power forward with the Clippers.

"I’m excited man," Mann said. "I’m excited! I’m used to playing with these guys for years now so, it should be a fun experience and I get to play with Russ a lot more so… yeah!"

Terance Mann's role has shifted quite a bit during his time with the Clippers. Some years he played point guard, other times he was a shooting guard, and sometimes he was also a small forward. Now, his role has shifted all the way to becoming a power forward. Despite that, Mann still feels confident.

"Real comfortable, you know," Mann said. "Because in our offense and on our defense, we don’t have a ‘traditional’ power forward slot if you know what I mean; I feel like it’s four guards and one big and any spot is interchangeable, you know? I don’t think it will be too difficult for me."

Unfortunately, Terance Mann suffered an ankle sprain in practice right before debuting as the Clippers starting four this season. His long-awaited starting debut with Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, Westbrook, and Ivica Zubac will have to wait.
