Paul George Gets Honest About Luka Doncic
Paul George and Luka Doncic may have seen their fair share of playoff battles, but that doesn't mean the two don't have mutual respect for one another. The Clippers and Mavericks series have definitely had moments of chippiness, but no one can doubt that Luka Doncic has been an absolute monster in two playoff series - including Paul George.
On the newest episode of Podcast P, Paul George revealed some very strong praise for Luka Doncic's basketball IQ and passing ability.
"Luka sees sh*t that's just like, bro how," George questioned in astonishment. "When he do the shoot and then pass behind, that is the coldest sh*t to me."
George's guest Tyrese Haliburton doubled down on George's comments, revealing his own story of Luka Doncic torching him.
"He threw that pass against us on the baseline when he was trapped and he jumped and he whipped it," Haliburton said. "The ball, it like bent, and I was behind him like... He threw it and he turned around and looked at me. I said I said, nah, that was special. I said, yo, you are special."
Luka Doncic is capable of making basketball plays that no one has ever seen before. Time after time, he seems to mesmerize fans in unimaginable ways, but it looks like he's mesmerizing players as well. Fortunately for the Clippers, they remain undefeated against Doncic in the NBA Playoffs.
