Report: LeBron James Injury Update Revealed

LeBron James could be available vs the LA Clippers on April 5

One of the most anticipated regular season matchups of the year will always be when the Lakers face the Clippers. This particular matchup on April 5, has a lot more hype to it because of the addition of Russell Westbrook on the Clippers. There's a chance that LeBron James may be there as well.

According to a report from ESPN's Dave McMenamin, the Los Angeles Lakers anticipate Lebron James returning at some point during the regular season. The exact tweet reads as follows:

"Three weeks after LeBron James suffered a right foot tendon injury in Dallas, Darvin Ham offered the most optimistic and definitive update we’ve heard on James yet: 'We anticipate him coming back at some point (this season)'"

The Los Angeles Lakers and LA Clippers face off on April 5, which is the third to last game of the regular season for the Lakers. If LeBron were to return at some point in the regular season, returning with at least three games left in roughly two weeks would make him available against the Clippers. A Los Angeles Lakers vs LA Clippers matchup that features LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, Anthony Davis, Paul George, and Russell Westbrook on opposing sides would be one of the most must-see regular season games of the season. Hopefully, NBA fans will get what they want.
