Injury Report: Memphis Grizzlies vs LA Clippers

The Memphis Grizzlies will be shorthanded

The Memphis Grizzlies will be shorthanded as they face off against a healthy Clipper team playing on the second night of a back-to-back tonight.

The Grizzlies have seven players listed on their injury report: Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, Jaren Jackson Jr., Brandon Clarke, Jake LaRavia, Scotty Pippen Jr., and Marcus Smart.

Ja Morant is out with right shoulder labral repair, Desmond Bane is out with a left ankle sprain, Jaren Jackson Jr. is probable with right quadriceps tendon soreness, Brandon Clarke is out with left Achilles tendon repair, Jake LaRavia is questionable with a left ankle sprain, Scotty Pippen Jr. is out with lower back soreness, and Marcus Smart is out with a right ring finger central slip tear.

The LA Clippers are fully healthy against the Memphis Grizzlies and have zero players listed on their injury report. Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, James Harden, and Russell Westbrook are all listed to play in the second night of a back-to-back.

The Clippers have not been playing great basketball for the past few weeks and it's the perfect opportunity for the Memphis Grizzlies to have an upset tonight. Memphis has won the last two games straight, despite being shorthanded, and could very easily surprise this Clippers team. One thing to note is that while the Clippers are on the second night of a back-to-back, they were just embarrassed by the Oklahoma City Thunder last night and may come out motivated.

The Memphis Grizzlies and LA Clippers face off at 8:00 p.m. EST tonight.
