Memphis Grizzlies Star Reacts to Dillon Brooks' Trash Talk

Desmond Bane had some words for Dillon Brooks.

Dillon Brooks faced off against his former Grizzlies team for the first time ever last night. While the game wasn't exactly close, there was definitely some chippiness between Brooks and his former teammate Desmond Game - during the game and before it.

Before the Grizzlies faced off against the Rockets, Dillon Brooks said his former team had no swagger and spent a good amount of time slamming the Grizzlies. Shortly thereafter, his former teammates were asked for their reaction, and they largely dismissed the notorious instigator.

"I haven't seen anything that he's said," Desmond Bane said. "I ain't even worried about what anybody else got to say about our locker room. That’s part of his game," Bane said. "He’s an antagonizer. I don’t even know what the word is. It’s part of his game.”

Even though Desmond Bane dismissed Brooks' trash talk, it was very clear that he felt some type of way about it during the game. Especially, when Bane started exchanging in trash talk after scoring on Dillon Brooks.

Dillon Brooks and the Houston Rockets may have gotten the win against the Grizzlies on Wednesday night, but the war is far from over. Unfortunately for Memphis, Ja Morant won't be available in either of the upcoming rematches in December. The two teams face off on December 13 and 15, but Morant doesn't return until around the 19.
