Memphis Grizzlies vs. New Orleans Pelicans Injury Report Revealed

This is the game Grizzlies fans have been waiting for.

After waiting for what feels like an eternity, Ja Morant is back. While he is back, the Memphis Grizzlies will still remain very shorthanded against the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Memphis Grizzlies have Steven Adams, Brandon Clarke, G.G. Jackson, Luke Kennard, Jake LaRavia, Derrick Rose, and Marcus Smart listed out on their injury report. That said, the most important thing is that Ja Morant is no longer listed, meaning he will indeed make his return from suspension.

The New Orleans Pelicans have five players listed on their injury report: Kira Lewis Jr., Naji Marshall, Larry Nance Jr., Matt Ryan, and Cody Zeller. Kira Lewis Jr. is out due to a G League assignment, Naji Marshall is questionable due to a right ankle sprain, Larry Nance Jr. is out due to a right rib fracture, Matt Ryan is out due to right elbow surgery, and Cody Zeller will be available with a face mask.

Win or lose, tonight is a celebratory moment for Grizzlies fans with the return of Ja Morant. Obviously, it would be nice if they could win, but what matters is the energy and the carryover into the rest of the season.

The Memphis Grizzlies and New Orleans Pelicans face off tonight at 7:30 p.m. EST in this very highly anticipated return of Morant from his 25 game suspension.
