New Boston Celtics Player Breaks Silence on Experience With Team

In this story:
Xavier Tillman was acquired by the Boston Celtics from the Memphis Grizzlies at the NBA trade deadline, going from a team well out of the playoff mix to one that many feel are championship favorites.
This comes with a lot of differences, and making an appearance on Gil's Arena, Tillman broke those down for former NBA star Gilbert Arenas:

Memphis: “We were young and turnt”, talks dancing before games.
Boston: Players talk about “clocking in… everybody do your thing, everybody keep it light, and then get the job done.”

While Tillman will always have love for Memphis, the only NBA home he knew before the trade to Boston, he is also enjoying what it's like being on a championship contender. Speaking with Arenas, Tillman said everybody in Boston keeps it light, and then locks in when it's time to go out and get the job done.
Tillman also spoke on what it's like being on a team that rarely loses. The Celtics have dropped just 12 games all season, which is of course a big difference from how this season has gone for the Grizzlies.
Funny clip from the @GilsArenaShow with Xavier Tillman:

“It’s moving, man,” Tillman says when asked how he’s doing. “This team over here, we don’t lose. Ever.” pic.twitter.com/D5JDSLvTaA
It's important to note that Tillman has been a part of some really good teams, as this season is certainly abnormal for the Grizzlies. Had Ja Morant and others not spent so much time injured this season, Memphis would project to be in the playoff mix the way they were the last few seasons.
For Tillman, he loved his time in Memphis, but is loving life in Boston as well.
