In the third quarter, as the Thunder were up 27 points against the Memphis Grizzlies, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander dazzled the crowd and the internet with a spectacular hesitation move.
Against the Grizzlies, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander put up 23 points, 6 assists, and 2 rebounds on 57/71/100 shooting. What's even more amazing is that he did it all in 27 minutes, where he was a +29. It was such a big blowout that Shai wasn't even needed to play 30 minutes against the Grizzlies.
While it would be easy to clown the Memphis Grizzlies for their performance against the Thunder, fans should remember that they had 12 players listed on their injury report. There are only 15 spots on an NBA team, and nearly every single one of them was listed on the injury report for the Grizzlies. The Thunder, on the other hand, were fully healthy without a single injury heading into the matchup. The fact that the Memphis Grizzlies don't have the worst record in the Western Conference with how many injuries they have, is actually impressive.
