Spread: Clippers -14.5
3 Star play on the Hornets (+14.5): Since the start of February, the Clippers have won by 15 or more points just twice, one of which was at home against the Washington Wizards (14-60). I'm not confident that the Hornets will show up and put together a clean game -- this is more of a play against the Clippers more than anything. In their first two games of this current road trip, the Clippers have averaged 104 points per game. A low-scoring game is exactly what the Hornets want. Take the points.
Over/Under: 214.5
2 Star play on the under: The Hornets have failed to cross the 100-point mark in six of their last seven games and in twelve of the last eighteen. That's a healthy sample size to show that this offense isn't going to turn around anytime soon with the pieces they have available. Los Angeles has been in a pair of rock fights their last two times out and although I don't expect it to be much of a struggle, they won't run away with this one which means this should stay under the number.
