After two straight wins, the Sacramento Kings are preparing to battle one of the bottom-5 teams in the Western Conference in the Houston Rockets. It's true that the Rockets' record isn't pretty, but there are certainly players to watch out for come game-time.

More specifically, C Alperen Sengun has been one of the best in the league as he averages 21 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists for H-Town. Fortunately for Sacramento, he'll be matching up against Domantas Sabonis who's been on one of the best streaks in his career. The Kings' big man is currently leading the league in rebounds while averaging an additional 20 points and 8 assists per game.

Taking a look at Sunday's matchup, the injury report is largely empty for both teams with only a few players set to miss the contest.

Sacramento Kings

F Sasha Vezenkov - OUT (ankle)

G Davion Mitchell - ACTIVE (chest)

Houston Rockets

F Tari Eason - OUT (lower leg)

C Steven Adams - OUT (knee)

Taking a glance at Sacramento's report, Vezenkov continues to miss time with an ankle sprain that has kept him out since mid-February. The 2023 EuroLeague MVP will be re-evaluated soon after being out for nearly a month.

Also making the report is backup PG Davion Mitchell, someone that's been red-hot recently. Since returning from the All-Star break, Mitchell is shooting over 70% from the field and earning more and more minutes in Mike Brown's rotation.

For Houston, it's two players that will remain out until the end of the season. Eason recently underwent surgery to resolve a benign growth in his leg, but hasn't touched the court since New Year's Day. Steven Adams, who was traded to the Rockets while injured, will remain out for a team he has yet to play for.

The Kings will prepare to defend Golden1 Center at 3 p.m. PT on Sunday afternoon in an opportunity to push themselves out of the play-in tournament zone.
