Lakers News: Numbers Show LeBron James' Continued Domination, Even in Year 21

The Los Angeles Lakers have completed the regular season, clinching the 8th seed. They will now be taking on the New Orleans Pelicans in the 7/8 Play-In Game for the right to enter into the official playoff bracket.

It was an up-and-down season for the Lakers, with much inconsistency along the way. But they did receive relatively healthy seasons from their two star players, LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Both guys put up impressive seasons but James showed once again why he is one-of-one.

James just completed year 21 in the NBA but has continued to dominate the league. He remains one of the best players in the game today, showing how special of a talent he is.

The King continues to do things on the basketball court that nobody else has ever been able to do before. His longevity is one of the more impressive feats in sports history and he is still going strong.

While he may not be the same player that he once was, James can still take over a game at different times. He is still a force when driving in the lanes, giving the Lakers a major threat on offense. The hope is that James can keep this going with the postseason starting this week but he has shown no signs of slowing down through the year so far.
