Lakers News: LA, Sacramento Announce Starters For Clash Tonight

It's a dual between Pacific Division rivals.

The first fives for your 34-29 Los Angeles Lakers and the dreaded 34-26 Sacramento Kings have been announced.

LA will be able to trot out its preferred starting lineup tonight: point guard D'Angelo Russell, shooting guard Austin Reaves, All-Star small forward LeBron James, power forward Rui Hachimura, and All-Star center Anthony Davis. This group has gone 9-2 in its games together as starters during the 2023-24 season. Maybe Darvin Ham should have pivoted to this combo a bit earlier.

Sacramento, led by former Los Angeles head coach Mike Brown, will also be able to field its ideal first unit: 2023 All-Star point guard De'Aaron Fox, shooting guard Kevin Huerter, small forward Harrison Barnes, upstart power forward Keegan Murray, and 2023 All-Star center Domantas Sabonis.
