The Los Angeles Lakers are taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday in by far the biggest game of the season. The teams enter Friday's game with the exact same record (36-37), and the winner will hold the tiebreaker over the other.

This game is as must-win as it gets, which is why the injury status of Thunder All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been an important talking point all day. Coming off the first night of a back-to-back, in which the Thunder lost to the Clippers at the Crypto.com Arena, Gilgeous-Alexander has been questionable to play all day for this huge matchup.

However, the final injury report is in, and SGA is available to play in this must-win matchup.

Gilgeous-Alexander is by far the best player on this talented Thunder team. He's averaging an incredible 31.4 points, 5.4 assists, 4.8 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game, taking an incredible leap this season as the All-Star of this Thunder team.

With him in the lineup, this game officially becomes much more interesting. This is as important a game as any this season, so the Lakers better be ready to slow down SGA.
