Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic recorded his 107th career triple-double on Monday night, tying LeBron James and Jason Kidd for the 4th most in NBA history. This is a statistical category that Jokic has been quickly climbing up the last few seasons, and one he will likely finish near the very top of when his career is over.

Now chasing only Russell Westbrook, Oscar Robertson, and Magic Johnson for the most triple-doubles in NBA history, Jokic is making history as the lone center anywhere near the top of this list. The only center somewhat close to Jokic on this list is Wilt Chamberlain, who finished his career with 78 triple-doubles.

Not concerned with his individual production, Jokic only cares about winning and seeing his teammates succeed. In some ways it's that mindset that has helped Jokic be such a triple-double machine, as his unselfish nature allows him to make plays for others and tally assists.

While Jokic's approach to the game allows him to tally more assists than others at his position, he also has an ability to pass that no other center in NBA history has had. If other centers could do what Jokic is doing, they would, but there's a reason he is the only one putting up these numbers.

Making history with his performance on Monday, Jokic turned in another great game.
