Devin Booker has been an absolute monster in the NBA Playoffs. Whether it be against the LA Clippers or Denver Nuggets, it just feels like he's incapable of having a bad game. He's performing so well, that he actually joined Michael Jordan on a historic list after Game 3 against the Denver Nuggets.

Devin Booker has become the first player since Michael Jordan in 1992 to average a minimum of 35 points a game over the first eight games of a postseason. The other players who are on the list are Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, and Elgin Baylor The stat comes from Brett Usher.

How good has Devin Booker been in the playoffs exactly? He's averaging 36.9 points a game on 60/49/88 shooting in eight games. Those numbers are better than video game numbers. Even in the two losses against the Denver Nuggets, Booker put up 27 points on 53% shooting and 5 points on 48% shooting respectively. He's literally been incapable of having a bad game in the playoffs and that's why the Phoenix Suns have gotten this far despite not having any depth.

The Clippers took the Phoenix Suns to a very tough five-game series, but it easily could have gone further if Booker hadn't been performing at the level he's been doing. It doesn't need to be said at this point, but the Denver Nuggets need to be ready for Devin Booker in Game 4 because the Phoenix Suns are going to play with some absolute desperation.
