Injury Report: Denver Nuggets vs New Orleans Pelicans

The Pelicans have multiple major names listed.

The Denver Nuggets face off against the New Orleans Pelicans tonight in what could be a potential first-round playoff matchup between the two teams. Unfortunately for the Pelicans, all of their best players are listed on the injury report.

The Nuggets have four players listed on their injury report: Vlatko Cancar, Jalen Pickett, Julian Strawther, and Hunter Tyson. Vlatko Cancar is out due to left knee surgery, Jalen Pickett is out due to a G League assignment, Julian Strawther is out due to a right knee contusion/sprain, and Hunter Tyson is out due to a G League assignment. Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, and the Nuggets' entire starting five lineup will be available tonight.

The New Orleans Pelicans have eight players listed on their injury report: Brandon Ingram, Kira Lewis Jr., CJ McCollum, Trey Murphy III, Matt Ryan, Dereon Seabron, Zion Williamson, and Cody Zeller.

Brandon Ingram is questionable with right Achilles soreness, Kira Lewis Jr. is out with a G League assignment, CJ McCollum is questionable with a right ankle sprain, Trey Murphy III is questionable with left knee tendinitis, Matt Ryan is out with right elbow surgery, Dereon Seabron is out due to a G League two-way, Zion Williamson is questionable with a right quad contusion, and Cody Zeller is available with a face mask.

After the Nuggets suffered a beatdown by the Utah Jazz last game, tonight's matchup against the Pelicans would be the perfect statement win. It's one that will definitely matter in the standings, too.

The Denver Nuggets and New Orleans Pelicans will face off at 10:00 p.m. EST tonight.
