Nikola Jokic Joins LeBron James and Russell Westbrook on Historic List

In this story:
With another triple-double on Thursday night, Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic recorded his first career triple-double against the Washington Wizards, making it the 29th and final team he has recorded one against. Now with a triple-double against every team excluding his own, Jokic joins LeBron James and Russell Westbrook as the only three players in NBA history to achieve this feat.

This is an incredible achievement for Jokic, who continues to make history on a nightly basis. The Nuggets took care of business against Washington, picking up a much needed victory to snap their three-game losing streak.
Back in the win column, Denver will now look to string together some wins and climb back up the Western Conference standings. The LA Clippers lost to the OKC Thunder on Thursday night, which of course gives the Thunder one more win, but also helps Denver in their seeding race against the Clippers.
The top of the Western Conference standings will seemingly come down to the final games of the season, with Minnesota, OKC, LA, and Denver each continuing to apply pressure. The Nuggets of course slipped a bit with their three-game skid, but they are back on track following this win over Washington.
For Jokic, it was another historic night in the win, collecting his first triple-double against the Wizards to finally tally at least one against every team.
