Trade Idea Between Denver Nuggets and Brooklyn Nets

In this story:
After the Denver Nuggets won the NBA Finals, Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report broke down a list of potential trade targets for the defending champions. With Denver losing Bruce Brown and Jeff Green in free agency, it's time to revisit one of the more impactful names on this list: Royce O'Neale of the Brooklyn Nets.
As Buckley noted in his article, O'Neale could be the perfect complimentary piece for the Nuggets, and that looks to be the case even more now. The Nuggets will need to find a way to bolster their bench after the loss of Bruce Brown, and a player like O'Neale could be a great option.
A solid defender and reliable shooter, O'Neale fits in almost any lineup combination. These are the type of players Denver has attempted to fill their roster out with, which would make the Brooklyn Nets forward a solid option. The only question is what would Denver send back?
This is where it gets tricky. Nobody knows exactly what the Nets are looking to do this summer. Are they looking to go all-in with a Damian Lillard trade? Are they looking to continue piling assets for their rebuild? This could really impact the availability of O'Neale, and the potential package the Nets would be hoping to receive. That said, it made sense why Bleacher Report named O'Neale as a potential target, and it makes even more sense now.
